Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, dispatch times may be extended.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping (Australia-wide): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Ionio Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
International Shipping
At present, we ship only within Australia.
International shipping may be introduced in future; when available, duties, taxes, and import fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
All parcels include tracking. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Ionio Lab is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses or uncollected deliveries.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact the carrier using your tracking number first.
If the issue is unresolved after 10 business days, email us at contact@ioniolab.com.au for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.
Pre-orders and Back-orders
Pre-order or back-order items are shipped as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page and may change due to supplier delays.
